Man held for tossing liquid into Mystic aquarium whale tank

MYSTIC, Conn. --A Rhode Island man has been taken into custody at the Mystic Aquarium and Institute for Exploration after throwing liquid into a whale tank.
An aquarium spokesman says the unidentified East Providence man threw a mixture of a substance used for soldering and baking soda into the 750,000-gallon tank.
The whales were not hurt and tests have determined that the water is fine.
Staff saw the man throwing the liquid into the tank and approached him. Gray says he was babbling incoherently about Agent Orange.
